Subject: Reimbursement of internal transport and freight, handling & Marketing and Ocean freight charges incurred by the sugar mills on export shipment of sugar.  ........
Sir,        As you are aware that this Department has been processing the claims received from the various sugar mills on the above noted subject and to say that in order to duly scrutinize the claims, it has been decided by the Goverment to submit the following document by the claimant sugar mills:-    (1)   Bank certificate of Export and Realization in original or duly certified by the Head of the concerned bank branch indicating the date of its issue in each case.    (2)  Final/admitted proof of export from the office of the Customs/  Central  Excise/Maritime  in  original or certified by the office concerned in all those cases  where the name of the sugarmill  does not appear in the shipping bills concerned.         It is requested that your member factories may be duly instructed to comply with the above said requirements while sending their claims.  Where the claims have already been submitted, the concerned sugar mills may also be advised to send the required documents urgently to enable us to process their claims.
